Your Booking Terms and Conditions

When booking with us, we require you to read and accept all the terms and conditions. It is important that you note any deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have paid via credit card, this would have incurred a surcharge at the rate our processing facility charges and is not refundable or creditable.

Payments Terms and Conditions

Read all attached booking details, payment terms and booking conditions before securing your party. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstance. Any variations from your booking details may result in loss of deposit. This booking is only held for 24 hours during which period your deposit must be paid or the booking will expire. Final guest numbers must be advised minimum 14 days prior and a revised invoice will be sent with balance payment. Failure to pay your final balance 14 days prior may result in your booking being cancelled with no deposit refund. Decreases in guest numbers are not accepted after final payment and no refunds/credits are available on the balance that has been settled.

Note due to the nature of our service, all guests must be over the age of 18.

Booking Terms and Conditions 

We requests that you understand;

-we take no responsibility for any damage or injury caused directly or indirectly

-we reserve the right to leave any event should their safety feel compromised in any way, with no possibility of refund for services not completed

-we reserve the right to use any still or video photography captured

 -we reserve the right to request periods of no still or video photography

-when booking Men On Fire services at a venue, for example a bar, hotel, party bus or boat cruise, it is your responsibility to ensure the operator/venue allows our services and we do not offer any refunds if this is not confirmed with their management

-your venue hire associated with your booking is for the allocated time only and we do not guarantee early access for set up of decorations, etc

-we not condone excessive drinking or any drug taking whatsoever

-you ensure all guests are over 18 years of age and anyone under 18 years of age may be denied entry into our venues and/or cause the booking to be cancelled with no refund

-we take no responsibility for any issues with respect to services, injury or damage incurred while at a venue, such as Cardea, Bottega Coco, etc and any dispute is between you and the venue

-any damage caused to vehicles, venues, vessels, equipment will be charged accordingly

-if you do not pay the remaining amount by the due date listed that we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund of deposit

-the venues and staff operate strictly under Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations --when booking a cocktail class or beverage package, if you are believed to be intoxicated the venue and us reserve the right to refuse you service with no option of a refund and may even be denied entry to a venue

-for bookings outside greater CBD regions, please allow a 30 minute arrival window due to unpredictable traffic & weather especially in remote/rural locations

-your package is hosted by contractors & not employees, hence any issues with liability, damage or injury as between you and the contractor, excluding us as the booking agency

-your deposit has confirmed a time and location and if your booking changes from this we do reserve the right to cancel your booking without the refund of your deposit if you move your time & location to something we can not accomodate

-Exact guest numbers must be provided to ensure the party operates within Government guidelines

-For private residences/hotels/etc. that we have no control over, you must ensure the allocated location is within the government requirements

-We are not liable for any costs/fines/charges for a party that is not operating within Government guidlines

-Due to the nature of our business being that of supplying physical staff to your event, there may be issues where our contractors are unable to fulfil your booking, for example due to sickness, transport issues, etc. We will provide as much notice as we possibly can to advise you of the cancellation and provide you with a full refund for the services booked. Note by paying this invoice and booking our services you are agreeing we are NOT liable for any costs that occur in the situation where we cannot fulfil our booking, including but not limited to; venue hire fees, alternate services fees, cancellation fees, food and beverage costs, transport costs, etc.

-COVID-19; Should restrictions come into place that directly effect your party up to 14 days prior, for example a lockdown or guest number limit, your deposit will be available as a credit for 12 months. Should you be able to proceed but cancel for other reasons, no refunds will occur and any payments will be forfeited. Changes in guest numbers are not refunded within 14 days of event, regardless of border closures or COVID exposures/test results.
